Nossa história
O STP Investment Hub não é apenas uma empresa de consultoria; Representa uma resposta proativa aos desafios de investimento encontrados por empresas e investidores em São Tomé e Príncipe. Essa iniciativa se originou da visão da World Link Solutions, uma empresa estabelecida em 2014. Reconhecendo a necessidade de uma abordagem mais concentrada, as soluções World Link optaram por separar seus serviços de investimento, culminando no lançamento do centro de investimento do STP em outubro de 2023.
Nossa missão é clara: estimular oportunidades de investimento sustentável em São Tomé e Príncipe como um meio de promover o desenvolvimento sustentável socioeconômico. Dois fatores foram decisivos em formalizar nossa missão e projetar nosso portfólio de serviços:
1- Com a experiência de nossos especialistas e a colaboração com as soluções World Link, trazemos uma perspectiva distinta para o cenário de investimento, com base em uma compreensão abrangente dos desafios enfrentados pelos provedores de serviços e investidores no país, bem como na dinâmica do mercado e nas lacunas de serviço existentes que precisam ser preenchidas.
2- Em um ambiente global que enfrenta desafios críticos, como pobreza e mudanças climáticas, especialmente entre os pequenos estados em desenvolvimento da ilha (SIDS), como o nosso, há uma necessidade urgente de adotar medidas e atrair investimentos que nos tornarão mais resilientes ao mesmo tempo, à medida que o investimento cresce.

Sequeira Bragança is a consultant holding a degree in sociology, a postgraduate degree in African and Development Studies, a master's in Economics and Public Policy, and a PhD in Projects. With over 20 years of professional experience, he has occupied several leadership roles, including Secretary General of the Ministry of Planning and Development, Director General of National Planning, Director of the Trade and Investment Promotion (APCI), Coordinator of the budget support program for the 11th European Development Fund (EDF), and Social Development Specialist the Fiduciary and Project Development Agency (AFAP). His collaboration spans various international organizations, such as the United Nations Development Program (UNDP), the European Development Fund, the African Development Bank (Af), the World Bank (WB), and the Arab Bank for Economic Development in Africa (BADEA Presently, he serves as the Technical Advisor/Coordinator for the COVID-19 Social Protection, Response, and Recovery Project.

In 2014, he founded World Link Solutions, specializing in training and consultancy, where he defined the mission, vision, and goals, transforming the company from a concept into a financially solid entity. Isaú Trindade
Sulisa Signo Bom Jesus Quaresma holds a Master's Degree in Chemical Engineering with specializations in Environment, Energy, and Processes. She currently serves as the Director-General of the Directorate General for the Environment and Climate Action. In her capacity as a consultant, she has successfully led the preparation of National Communications (NCs) and National Greenhouse Gas Inventories for the Industrial Processes and Product Use (IPPU) and Waste sectors. Her work includes the development of Monitoring, Reporting, and Verification (MRV) Systems related to climate change, as well as the preparation of Technology Needs Assessment (TNA) reports focused on adaptation to climate change within the Water, Coastal Zones, and Agroforestry sectors. Furthermore, she has played a pivotal role in enhancing institutional capacity for climate finance in São Tomé and Príncipe. In addition to her consulting work, she possesses substantial experience in education and awareness-raising for sustainability. She has implemented various initiatives aimed at promoting formal environmental education and informing the public about key environmental issues and sustainable development. Through these efforts, she strives to raise awareness and facilitate behavioral change concerning critical topics such as water management, waste reduction, forest conservation, climate change, and soil erosion.
Sandra Bandeira
Gabriel Lima Maquengo is an Electrical Engineer with a specialization in Telecommunications, holding both a Master's and a specialization in Renewable Energies and Energy Efficiency. He has experience working in an industrial and electricity distribution and commercialization company in Brazil. Since joining the Water and Electricity Utility Company (EMAE) in 2011, he has gained extensive knowledge and has served as the National Director of Energy at the Ministry of Infrastructure and Natural Resources since 2018. As a consultant, Gabriel has led numerous projects focused on Climate Change, including the development of various policies and tools, and he currently heads the Energy Focal Points for the Community of Portuguese-Speaking Countries.

With a Master's Degree in Quality and Food, a Postgraduate Degree in Management of Cooperatives and Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (PEMES), and a qualification as a Technician in Industrial Fishing, Olavio currently serves as the National Coordinator of the FAO-FISH4ACP Coastal Pelagics Value Chain Project. He has previously held various roles at the Directorate of Fishery under the Ministry of Agriculture, Fishery and Rural Development, including Head of the Fisheries Inspection Department, Sanitary Inspector, and Advisor to the Minister Additionally, he has been the Director General of Fisheries, as well as Director of Artisanal Fisheries, Community Development, and Aquaculture within the same Ministry. As a consultant, Olavio has coordinated the STP 03/004 PNUD/Minister of Plan and Finance project (Incomeating Component), focusing on “Support for Grassroots Communities in Local Governance and Poverty Reduction,” and served as an SFLP/FAO consultant in Equatorial Guinea, training the National Coordination Unit (“UCN”) in participatory diagnostic methods and community projects.

Eteldilaide Da Graça holds a degree in Law and a Master's degree in Intellectual Property, with over 15 years of experience in this field. She has conducted various professional training courses and seminars on Copyright, Related Rights, and Industrial Property. Throughout her career, she has developed communication techniques that have greatly enhanced teamwork and her leadership in Copyright and Related since 2016. Additionally, she has participated in numerous specialized courses focusing on legal matters, conflict resolution, Industrial Property, Copyright, Related Rights, Traditional Knowledge, and Patent Examination. Her consultancy experiences include advising on Industrial Property, Copyright, and Related Rights, developing Collective Trademarks, legalizing and formalizing small and medium-sized enterprises in São Tomé andíncipe, and drafting laws related to Industrial Property and Related Rights. She has also served as an expert in various meetings to review and validate draft laws and international agreements in the Intellectual Property sector.

Celina Cardoso Pereira de Lima Delgado, holding a degree in Industrial Engineering, boasts eleven years of experience in leadership roles at the São Tomé and Príncipe Trade and Investment Promotion Agency (APCI). During her tenure, she has developed a robust set of skills, including technical expertise, strong communication, and effective management abilities, all while fostering teamwork and organizational capabilities in the realm of foreign direct investment (FDI). Her dedication and growth led her to serve as the Director General of APCI from 2013 to 2016, and since then, she has been leading the Investment Promotion and Business Environment Improvement department at the Agency. In her capacity as an investment consultant, Celina is well-equipped to provide investors with prompt support, insightful advice, and guidance on establishing their ventures in the country. She possesses thorough knowledge of the legal and regulatory landscape governing investments in São Tomé and Príncipe. Over her 11 years at APCI, she has skillfully assisted more than 20 investors at every stage of their projects—before, during, and after implementation—in various strategic sectors, including tourism, agribusiness, aggregate extraction, industry, energy, and information and communication technology, along with initiatives that significantly contribute to the influx of foreign currency.

With extensive experience in legal advisory roles, she served as the Legal Advisor to the President of the Supreme Court of Justice/Constitutional Court, Secretary of the Superior Council of the Judiciary, and currently works as the Senior Jurist and Head of the Legal Office for the National Airports and Air Security Company of São Tomé and Príncipe. From 2018 to 2020, she was the Chief Registrar and managed the computerization project for the Civil Registry and Notary, overseeing a team of over 30 employees. As a consultant, she headed the legal consultancy department of São Tomé and Príncipe's largest commercial bank (BISTP).
